How to use:
- Take the release tape in each hand and pull downwards and outwards

The fire blankets are very useful in the garage or house. I have mine hanging near the exit and light switch in my garage. I also have a chemical fire extinguisher, and this would be a good addition aa it's easy to use and can be good if I am welding and want to protect surfaces from open flame or heat.It's basically a fiberglass blanket.
I'm a fire freak and had to have This! I bought the 5 packs so I could give Them out as Christmas gifts also. The hook that came with each one is super sticky and great for hanging anywhere! The set of gloves that came with each one was also an added bonus. I would definitely buy these again but hope I never have to.
I ordered the set of four fire blankets as I had heard about them and wanted the protection they provide. They come neatly packed in a relatively small pouch with two black pull tabs, each pouch weighing approximately one pound. I normally try out a product, but I don't want to simulate a fire where there is none in order to try this.
Bought these blankets on faith 2 years ago. Today I was baking granola and at the very end decided it would be a grand idea to broil for a couple of minutes. Well, I got distracted and the granola caught fire! Hubby went for the fire extinguisher, I went for the blanket. Because of this wonderful product, we do not have a giant mess all over our kitchen. I can't recommend this enough. Keep one in every room in your house, car and garage. Tell your friends. Buy them for your kids. So worth the money!
These fire blankets appear to be good quality and are pretty heavy material. I believe they would be helpful in putting out a fire. I like the way you can hang the pouch up, and just quickly pull the blanket from the bottom by the straps. The only slight downside I would say is that they could be a little larger.
